SymCare Leadership
Eric Compton, General Manager and Founder. Eric founded SymCare in 2007. Prior to that, he has worked with Johnson & Johnson since 1995 in various Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles. During that time, Eric served as VP, New Ventures, MD&D, working for Executive Committee members looking at new business opportunities in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer sectors focused on Diabetes. Eric was previously VP, U.S. Professional and Consumer Sales, for LifeScan, the leading manufacturer of diabetes blood glucose monitors. Eric graduated from the University of Richmond and earned his M.B.A. in Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
Dennis Stevens, Chief Technology Officer. Dennis has been with SymCare since 2007. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Dennis was Vice President, Development for Comcast, Inc. At Comcast, Dennis led multiple efforts in product development, business development, and engineering for high-speed Internet and IP network-based voice and video products. Prior to Comcast, Dennis held technology leadership roles at i-Open, SmithKline Beecham and ARCO Chemical Company. Dennis holds a B.A. and M.T.S. from Eastern University and has served in the United States Marine Corps and United States Naval Reserve.
Rae Ann DeLay, Director of Quality, Regulatory and Compliance. Rae Ann has been with Johnson & Johnson since 2003 in various Quality and Compliance roles, focused in the Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceuticals areas. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Rae Ann worked for Pfizer, Inc., and Merck & Co., Inc. Rae Ann has a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Scranton and an M.S. in Quality Engineering from Lehigh University.
